Professional Services Terms

1. Nature of the Service. Rezoning.co operates an online platform that provides parcel intelligence, project workflow tools, and a professional directory for property owners, developers, and the professionals who serve them. Rezoning.co is an advertising and information platform. It is not a lawyer referral service, a law firm, a planning firm, an engineering firm, or any other licensed professional services provider.

2. Relationship with Clients. Any engagement between a listed professional and a property owner or other client introduced through the platform is solely between the professional and that client. Rezoning.co is not a party to the engagement, does not receive any portion of professional fees, does not control scope of work, does not set professional fees, and does not direct professional judgment.

3. Subscription Fees. Professional subscribers pay flat subscription fees and optional flat add-on fees. Fees are not contingent on whether a subscriber is retained by a client, the size of any matter, the outcome of any engagement, or collections.

4. No Fee-Splitting or Referral Compensation. Rezoning.co does not accept any portion of legal or professional fees and does not receive compensation that varies based on professional services performed. Subscribers must not propose any arrangement involving fee-splitting, contingent referral compensation, or any arrangement that violates applicable professional conduct rules.

5. Subscriber Responsibilities. Subscribers are responsible for licensing, insurance, conflicts, advertising compliance, client engagement letters, scope, fees, work product, and professional-client relationships.

6. Content Rules. Profile content must not include unsubstantiated claims, comparative claims, guarantees of outcomes, misleading content, or content that violates applicable professional advertising rules. Rezoning.co may remove or require revision of content that violates these rules.

7. No Guaranteed Inquiry Volume. The subscription provides access, visibility, directory placement, and dashboard tools. It does not guarantee any specific number of inquiries, engagements, revenue, collections, or outcomes.
